Imagine you have a list of tasks to be completed for your personal development such as working out of reading. Your plan is to do them when you get home. However, the moment you enter your home you grab the remote and start channel surfing. It’s only after an hour that you realize that you have been vegging out in front of the T.V in the time you had scheduled to do other tasks. In a self development program, it’s you and only you who has the power to change yourself. Nobody will come to monitor your actions and progress. You have to keep a watch on your inner graph and see to it that it goes up! Avoid temptations and stick to your schedule.

The very basics of building confidence start with listing little things that are achievable. As you successfully complete them, you gain more confidence to take on greater tasks and responsibilities. delaying important things till they become urgent makes you less confident because you're working in a state of stress, with less time and the fear of failing. To avoid procrastination do one of two things:
1. Tackle small doable task first to give you small successes along the way and builds your confidence incrementally or...
2. Eat the Frog. Term by Mark Twain that means if it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first.” Once you get that big one done. The rest is easy.

This will establish the new imagend you to the world and will soon become …. Simply who you are.
