Hypnosis is a simple and highly effective method of training & retraining the mind. Through positive suggestions and other techniques, hypnosis changes unwanted or negative beliefs, attitudes or behaviors to help you get unstuck, feel confident, motivated and free.

In addition to the classical and clinical ways to help clients through hypnosis, I use a system that I call Heart Centered Hypnosis. I believe that lasting change and transformation must come from the heart. Whatever you need in your life, you already have it or the ability to get it. I help you uncover it.

Heart Centered Hypnosis finds its roots in interpersonal and transpersonal hypnosis with an emphasis on a return to your true pure nature – love. This type of hypnosis can help those who are feeling lost, confused, and without purpose. My process helps restore you to peace, wholeness and oneness.  When peace is restored in the heart, all other parts of your being begin to heal and come together harmoniously. You feel better within and everything and everyone around you follows suit. Learn more about transpersonal hypnotherapy.

No gimmicks. No mind control. Just you getting better.

When you’re in hypnosis you are not unconscious. You will always be able to hear my voice and know where you are.  You will always be able to get yourself up and leave the room or stop the process whenever you desire. You are in control. You will remember and you will be able to speak.  In fact, the sessions are very interactive. Watch Dee Woolridge's interview on hypnosis as she reveals some truths and dispel myths about hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy works for many common issues.

Hypnosis is not just for smoking and weight loss. Hyponsis is all about direct communication with the subconscious - the 90% of the mind that we are unaware of. This 90% overrides the 10% of conscious awareness over and over again, which is why it's tough to break habits and have lasting change.  Heart Centered Hypnosis gets to the core or root cause of the behavior. It has many applications and can help with different aspects of life that many people struggle with such as:

Abandonment issues

Addictive behavior

Communication difficulties

Concentration problems

Over eating

Low self esteem

Feelings of rejection
